You will be responsible for the strategy, planning and implementation of impactful merchant acquisition initiatives across our Shopify apps. You will plan growth programmes and ensure the smooth running of campaigns, along with the development of test and learn initiatives to optimize apps’ performance.
Reporting directly to our COO/Co-founder (ex Amazon), you will be basically responsible for the future of our growth strategy!
- Lead the overall marketing growth strategy in close collaboration with the COO/Co-Founder;
- Taking full ownership of driving growth metrics, user acquisition and LTV across paid, SEO & ASO. Make data-driven recommendations and advocate for internal resources required to drive merchant growth;
- Overseeing paid and organic inbound lead generation campaigns;
- Setting up A/B tests, running cohort analyses, measuring the performance of your campaigns and optimizing ROI;
- Tracking, analysing and reporting on all growth marketing KPI's;
- Working cross functionally across the business, specifically with Product and Engineering to align, inform and help prioritise, to drive growth;
- Building out the growth team as we scale.
