Hulk Form Builder is the best form building app I've been able to find after trying several others. The most important factor for me in choosing an app was ability to adjust design elements, which is surprisingly hard to find in a form builder app. Hulk allows all elements to be easily customized with no odd limitations. Great flexibility with fonts, most if not all Google fonts are available. Building a form is very straight forward. Integration and embedding was easy. Customer service is great too, I got a response within 30 seconds on their chat. Highly recommend.

The Hulk form builder is very easy and intuitive to use. It creates a super clean looking and very functional form for almost any kind of form you would want, I'm using it for a brand ambassador application and it had every feature I was looking for and more. I needed some assistance with the app integration to my theme so I opened their live chat and within an hour I had told them what I needed help with, they sent clear directions on how to do it myself, offered to do it for me for free, and when I accepted their offer to just do it for me, they had it done within a matter of minutes while being super friendly and professional the entire time!
