You can safely export your products from Shopify. Options will not appear on the products in the .CSV file export. It is also safe to import products with the app active.

No, both the color picker and date picker's display are dependent on which web browser you are using.

Can the sizing of my swatches be adjusted?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the in-app display settings allow you to adjust the size and style of your swatches. This can be found within the Display Settings section of the app. In Swatch Settings, there is an option for small, medium, and large swatch sizes.

Can I change the language of my options?

Yes, but there is no language setting within the Bold Product Options. The app will display what you have entered while creating your options.

Yes, you can use Product Options and Shopify variants together. If you use Product Options and Shopify variants together, you may also want to change their placement and how they appear on your product page(s).

Can I use my own external storage?

On our standard plans, we do not allow you to file storage systems with Sky Pilot and In order to use Sky Pilot you will need to upload your files to Sky Pilot.  This ensures everything runs as expected and the best possible file protection can be used.

How do I add files to my Shopify products?

To attach a file to your products, you will need to go to the Product section. Select the product/variant you would like to add files to, and click Upload File to add the files you want.

Sky Pilot automatically adds a download button to your Checkout page. By default, the button is labeled Access Digital Content, but you can change this label to anything you want in your Sky Pilot Settings.

Yes, it is possible, but make sure that you install Sky Pilot before uninstalling your current digital downloads app to make sure that your customers can still access and download their content during this transition.

Store Locator will not create a page in the Shopify admin. Instead, it creates a store-specific proxy page that uses your current theme template. You can find the link to your Store Locator proxy page from within the app's Display Settings.

Pins don't show when I visit the Store Locator page. What happened?

Accepted Answer

If you have more than 300 stores loaded into Store Locator, the pins will not load when you first visit your store's proxy page. This is done to keep the page load time as fast as possible.

Can I embed Store Locator on other pages?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Store Locator still creates its own proxy page that has to be included in your store's navigation, but the map can now also be easily displayed almost anywhere in your theme using Shopify's new app block functionality.

When an export is performed, the .CSV file will be sent to the email address on file for the store owner.

To integrate Klaviyo, you'll need an API public and secret key, and the list ID for the list to which you want the Advocate and Friend to be subscribed.

Campaigns within Conjured can be structured to either drive more revenue (via referral purchases) or drive newsletter signups. When you set your goal type to More purchases, your campaign will be structured as a Give $X, Get $Y or Give X% Off, Get Y% Off style referral program. When you set your goal type to Newsletter sign ups, your campaign will be structured as a Get $X for successful newsletter signups.

Does Conjured Referrals work with ReCharge Subscriptions?

Yes! Conjured Referrals will work with Subscriptions by ReCharge. If you’re using v2 of ReCharge, then you don’t need to do anything to enable the integration with ReCharge, but if you’re using v1 of ReCharge, you’ll need an API key.

How do I edit a workflow?

You can edit an Order Tagger workflow at any time. To make a change to a workflow, select the Edit link to the right of the workflow name. You will then be able to make changes to your workflow and save the update.

Will I lose the tags applied to old orders if I edit a workflow?

If you decide to make any changes to your workflows, the orders that have previously been tagged by the old conditions will not be affected. The changes to the workflow will only be applied to new orders placed after this point unless you decide to run a backdate to apply the newly saved changes to old orders.

How long does it take for Order Tagger to apply a tag?

The majority of the time Order Tagger will apply the tag instantly. When an order is created, Shopify will send Order Tagger a webhook. During extremely busy times or when there's a delay in Shopify sending us the webhook the time to apply the tag might vary but it should apply a tag within a minute or two during high traffic times.

The time it takes for a backdate to complete depends on three factors: the number of orders to be processed; the number of workflows to be processed; and the type of workflows being applied to your orders.

The app fetches all the shipping information from Shopify using its Shopify API. When manual shipping rates are configured, the name given for that specific configuration will be displayed as the Shipping rate name by Shipping Rates Calculator+. That name is configured in your Shopify admin.

Is my customer data protected?

Our app does not use, collect or store any personal data from your customers. On the other hand, it uses the browser’s local storage to remember the selected location. This is done to improve the user experience.

Is Shipping Rates Calculator+ compatible with shipping rules apps?

Shipping Rates Calculator+ gathers shipping rates directly from Shopify, so as long as the app is integrated with the Shopify API, everything should work. The best way to test compatibility is to install the Shipping Rates Calculator+ and check whether the shipping rates are displayed on the cart page.

The Video Background app only works with YouTube and Vimeo videos. YouTube and Vimeo provide the best streaming infrastructure in the world, so your background videos will work better and much smoother using any of those. We don't support uploading your own videos to avoid performance issues since Shopify's platform lacks the capability to stream videos.

Video Background can be placed in a different location on desktop and mobile directly from the app preferences page. To do so, a CSS selector will need to be used for each, mobile and desktop. This can be done from the app preferences page in the Target section.

Which are the YouTube video URLs supported by Video Background?

Video Background supports two types of Youtube video URLs: Regular URL from the web browser and Embedded URL from a sharing link. These URLs can be entered in the VIdeo URL field from the preferences page by clicking on the Settings options in the videos list.

Can I configure more than one Video Background in the same page?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can configure as many videos as you want on the same or different pages. You cannot configure different videos in the same spot. However, you can easily change the video in the app preferences whenever you want without affecting the rest of the configuration.
