Integration of the widget does require you to enable the Storefront Widget on your themes. In order to set it up, please follow these steps: From the Shopify admin, select Online Store > Themes Select Customize beside the theme you want to enable the Storefront Widget on. Select App Embeds Find the SC Loyalty Rewards app embed and enable it. Select Save.
Reward Coupons are how your customers can redeem their points for either a monetary discount, or shipping discount, on future purchases. This feature uses Shopify's Discount Code functionality to provide your customers with their reward code.
By default our app doesn't have this option, however, it can be achieved with custom work. Also since our developers would add custom code this customization would require additional charge.
SC Loyalty Rewards comes with ready-to-use email templates for notifying your customers. You can easily customize these templates to align with your store’s branding or to include extra details about your loyalty program. Update the wording, adjust the design, and tailor the message to fit your unique style.
